Mr Hone and Mr Al-Lami are recognised providers for BUPA, Aviva, AXA PPP, Vitality Health, WPA, Cigna, Healix, Aetna and Allianz.
If you are insured, please check that you are covered for the consultation. Please provide us with your insurance policy details and obtain your pre-authorisation number. We will invoice your insurer directly minus any excess which you may be required to pay. Any procedures undertaken will be charged at the standard rate paid by individual insurance companies. If your insurer does not cover the full cost of the consultation you will be required to pay the excess.

Mr Hone and Mr Al-lami charge a separate fee for procedures performed within consultation (see above). There is also a hospital fee for these procedures, patients should check with the hospital for information on investigation and treatment costs.
Should we not be able to meet in person, virtual consultations confer a 20% discount. However most virtual consultations require an in-person follow up appointment for examination. Virtual appointments are conducted via telephone or video.
You will receive an invoice following your consultation from our billings company, Civica/MBC (Medical Billings & Collection). Payment is by bank transfer or over the telephone within 10 days. Any outstanding invoices after 10 days will be followed by text message, telephone and written reminders. If you have any queries regarding your invoice, you can call MBC on 01494 763999 quoting your invoice number.
The hospital will provide an inclusive-care package fee containing all the costs of the operation including pre-operative visits, staffing and hospital costs. You will be asked to pay for any procedures in advance.
